   Let me explain…

 

     In order to expand into new markets and services I took on a new Partner. In doing so we had our share of hiccups. I also realize that we may have messed up and said or did something to cause you to stop doing business with us. If that’s the case, I owe you an apology for not doing the right thing.

          Or maybe you did not try to call me, but I was looking over my client list the other day and I noticed that we have not spoken in quite some time. As a matter of fact, I’m embarrassed that I’ve left so much time lapse since our last visit.

 

   Maybe you’ve just been busy and haven’t needed our services. If that’s the case, then I owe you an apology for not doing a better job of staying in touch. In order to give you the level of support our clients have come to expect in our 13 years of business, we have a number of new and exciting changes for our clients.

The biggest change is that I will no longer be President of Quality Networking Solutions. I am starting a new company Janazz, LLC. This will allow me to get back to what I believe to be the most important thing possible giving you the quality service you expect and deserve.
